Activate a Window by mouseover


If you are working on one application, say notepad, and you want to move to another application running back to Notepad than you have to click on that application.

You can switch to another application or any window by simply Hovering over mouse on it. to activate mouseover follow the steps given below.

  • Open Control Panel through Start menu.
  • Go to Ease of Access.
  • Select Change how your mouse works and Make the mouse easier to use.
  • Activate the option button described on the image below, and save it.

  1. This also works in Windows Vista. I tried it out out of curiosity, and the feature was there. Never knew it, though, it’s actually pretty useful.
