Microsoft has announced the availability of Service Pack 2 (SP2) for the 2007 Microsoft Office system few days back. The update includes major performance enhancements for Office applications, most notably Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. Another big benefit is SP2’s boost to interoperability.
This tutorial will help you to slipstream Office sp2 updates into your Office 2007 DVD.

Follow the simple steps given below.
“C:\Office\Office2007_sp2>office2007sp2-kb953195-fullfile-en-us.exe /extract:C:\Office\Office2007_setup\update”

It really proves handy to integrate the latest service packs into the installation disk
thx for the tip
I follow those instructions but I get a error message “‘c:\Office\Office2007_sp2′ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.”
Hello devid…..
You just have to execute this command after entering into C:\Office\Office2007_sp2 directory in CMD
office2007sp2-kb953195-fullfile-en-us.exe /extract:C:\Office\Office2007_setup\update
have a try again….
Hi Man
I have office 2007 RTM
Do I have to integrate sp1 first or no need skip it and integrate sp2 instead
Thanks
just integrate SP2… .. no need to integrate SP1
just to tell you guys its not intergrating the update to the setup, it just copys the files to the update folder to be installed at the end of the setup
so its not intergrate, intergraded would be in replaces to old install files with the sp2 files and it doesnt need to install the sp2 update has the old files has been relaced
It’s not really integrating the service pack in the way it did with previous versions of office. More so ‘including’ them so you end up with a bloated image that includes many unnecessary duplicates – but that’s what we’ve come to expect of microsoft. ‘nough said.
